Mergers and Acquisitions Skills Training Course

Core Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Skills training course

The Core Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Skills training course is a three day programme that teaches all the commercial and technical skills executives need to complete profitable mergers and acquisitions transactions in a corporate environment.

This integrated mergers and acquisitions training course is designed specifically to meet the needs of executives working inside multinational enterprises, and introduces delegates to best practice in each of the core areas of mergers and acquisitions activity.

The course is taught by tutors with hands-on experience gained as part of management teams making successful acquisitions – not by academics or professional advisors with third party experience. This means that the course, as well as being academically rigorous, is rich with case studies and real world examples based on our tutor’s practical mergers and acquisitions experience.
