The Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence training course is a two day programme that teaches a modern, focused approach to mergers and acquisitions due diligence designed for the needs of corporate executives involved in cross border transactions.

This M&A due diligence training course teaches an approach that integrates commercial and financial analysis to focus on the key risks of a mergers and acquisitions transaction. Particular emphasis is placed on assessing the fit with strategic priorities and accurately assessing synergies. Extensive use is made of practical examples and case studies drawn from real-world transactions.

The course is taught by tutors with practical experience of running multi-disciplinary mergers and acquisitions due diligence programmes within multinational companies, not by academics or professional advisors. This means that the course, as well as being academically rigorous, is rich with real world material drawn from our tutor’s own experiences.

Note: Most delegates will have had past exposure to mergers and acquisitions due diligence, often in limited roles related to their specific professional expertise, or as junior members of multi-disciplinary due diligence teams. More experienced practitioners will benefit from exposure to latest good practice in a number of due diligence areas.
